New for Dana 60 & 70 – Direct-Acting ELocker
The NEW Direct-Acting ELocker from Eaton Performance features a Four-Pinion Design for added Strength and Super Fast Engagement (0.14 seconds). The NEW Elocker 4 is available for Front and Rear Dana 60 & 70 applications, in 30, 35 & 40 Spline versions.
Advantages over the previous 2-Pinion design include 4-Pinion design, direct acting engagement on the back of the side gear, more spline options, 5 times more teeth on the lock plate for more strength and faster engagement, two-piece case for easy maintenance, integrated wire harness and an improved switch.

- Forged Steel Case – Built to Dana 80 specifications
- M12 Case Bolts – 6 times the safety factor of the maximum axle capacity
- Net Forged Spider Gears – 4320 Chrome Moly
- Forged Steel Pinion Yoke
